Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Essenzia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
