At Essenzia, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are:
Damaged during shipping.
Incorrect items received.
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used perfumes.
Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery.
Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number.
Photos showing the issue.
A brief description of the problem.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
